Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We currently ship within the United States only due to international tariffs and trade restrictions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct—we cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

Returns

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at info@nijahwhan.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the problem was due to our error. A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns not related to damage or fulfillment error.
