Nijahwhan officially launched on Juneteenth 2025, honoring both our roots and our vision for the future.

Yes. Nijahwhan is Black-owned, Black-led, and Black-built from the ground up.

Orders, Shipping, Returns

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the U.S. and to select international destinations. If you’re outside the U.S. and don’t see your country at checkout, reach out—we may be able to make it happen.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume times (like new drops), please allow extra time. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via UPS for reliable delivery and tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but email us at hello@nijahwhan.com within 1 hour and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Some limited-edition drops are final sale—see product pages for details.

What if my package is damaged or incorrect?
Send an email to hello@nijahwhan.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right.
